These terms apply to purchases from the EmbeddedEra store. By placing an order you agree to them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds and Warranty and Product Use pages.
Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it is not a promise that we will fill it. We may cancel, limit or hold an order or payment for verification, or because of a pricing, description, stock or availability error, and will contact you. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the payment.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is by credit or debit card through our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered with our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers or security codes. A quote, credit term or other written agreement applies only when EmbeddedEra has accepted it in writing; if it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls for that order.
Cancellation
You may cancel an order only before we begin processing it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. Once processing has started we cannot cancel it, and the Returns and Refunds page applies instead.
Shipping and duties
Shipment dates are estimates, not guarantees. We ship only within the contiguous United States; see the Shipping Policy. You must give an accurate delivery address.
Product information and your use
We describe products as accurately as we can, but you are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your equipment and suitable for your design, and for integrating it. See Warranty and Product Use.
Limited remedy
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for a product is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the price paid for the affected product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
