This policy covers returns, refunds and cancellations for EmbeddedEra orders.
Returns
You may return an unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and get return authorization; returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Not returnable
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Items that have been used or are damaged by the customer, or that are not in their original packaging.
These exceptions do not apply where the law requires otherwise or where we verify a defect.
Shipping costs
You generally pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. We pay return shipping and refund the original shipping charge when we verify a defect or our own error.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect a return, we refund the product price to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines when the refund appears.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund a verified defect or error.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled only before processing begins. See the Terms of Sale.
