This policy explains what personal information the EmbeddedEra store collects through WooCommerce and how it is used, shared and protected.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address and a password, which is stored in hashed form.
- Order details: billing and shipping addresses, phone number if you give one, items ordered, order notes and order history.
- Any messages you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages viewed. WooCommerce may also record how you reached the store.
- Payment information: card details are entered with our payment processor, not stored by us. We may receive limited information such as the payment method, the last four digits, a transaction reference and the payment status.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, take payment, verify orders, provide support, run your account, keep the store secure, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Who receives it
We share information with service providers that help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers and postage services, hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery, fraud and verification services, and our inventory and accounting systems. We use access controls and encrypted connections, and keep server, security and order logs, which include IP addresses and timestamps, to operate and protect the store. No system is perfectly secure.
Retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, dispute and legal purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Logs are kept as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We may verify your identity first, and we may keep records we need for the purposes above.

The store is not intended for children.
