This policy describes how EmbeddedEra orders are shipped.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses or outside the United States.
Service and price
Orders ship by USPS Ground Advantage for a flat rate of $8.95 per order, regardless of quantity. Ground service only: orders are not shipped by air. Cricket contains one installed 3.7 V, 100 mAh (0.37 Wh) lithium-polymer cell and ships by ground service within the contiguous United States only (pending USPS confirmation).
Dispatch
We aim to ship within 3 business days of receiving your order. Nothing ships until we dispatch it. An order confirmation is not a shipment notice. Orders may be held for payment or order verification before dispatch.
Estimates and tracking
Delivery and dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers can delay a shipment. We send tracking after dispatch. Contact us promptly if a shipment appears lost or damaged, with photos for damage.
Address
Check your delivery address before you order. We cannot change an address after dispatch.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are generally not refundable, except as described in Returns and Refunds.

Backorders
If a product shows “Available on backorder” when you order, it ships within 2–3 weeks instead of 3 business days. We email you the tracking number when it ships. You can cancel a backorder for a full refund any time before it ships.
